Hotel Dos Rios, Ainsa

This very charming hotel is also the strangest one we've ever come across, in that it's two hotels in one. At one end is what they call a "hostal" - a basic hotel, very clean and modern, the equivalent of a French two-star. At the other is the "hotel", which is a little more upmarket but benefits from air conditioning and a swimming pool. They gave us such a good deal we decided to treat you to the hotel! If we're lucky the pool will also be open.

Luis and his team look after us all very well and the paella is to die for!
